I'm designing my first bulking diet and came across an interesting article regarding this subject. It's a bit different from the commonly recommended multiple meals a day. i dont know what is new about what this article is saying...
looks to be the same verbage that is recycled on countless other posts,ie pre/pwo intake, insulin, foods, etc...
Make sure you read Beyond Brawn just for fundamentals purposes.
BTW, what do you have designed so far for your first bulker...?
