Well, it may not be new, as I posted this on other boards a few years ago, but take your plain and or vanilla shake mix, and mix it with fruit2O, any flavor you desire. The bland powder takes on the flavor of the water, and it doesnt add carbs or many calories. You could use crystal light also, I suppose, but the fruit2O always worked well for me, rather than plain water.
