Dude..why stress?? If she's blind and you don't like her, break mid-sentence (after sex of course), make alot of noise, then be really quiet/still, and she'll think you left....easy as can be. This is what you do..tell her to wear something that is easily to ID. Have a friend of yours scope it out and tell you how she looks. If shes busted and 300lbs then just go to a bar or something and try it the old fashioned way.
