Im trying to lose a little bit of body fat, especially around my waist. Right now im taking in a good bit of protein, and eating about 5-6 times a day. I eat alot of eggs, peanut butter, chicken, and protein supplements, some pasta too. Im doing cardio 3 times a week, and working out abs 3 times a week. Is there anything i should change up, and if i decide to get on something to cut the fat, what do you guys suggest, also is there anything that i can get over the counter that works well?
Sounds good to me. You could add a little ECA. I never touch peanut butter when I am burning fat, but that is because I just can't get away with it. Do your cardio eod. 20-30 minutes changing the intensity throughout, jogging then kicking your own ass, etc. Change up the exercises you use to burn that fat just to keep things interesting. Hydroxycut or Xenadrine works very well over the counter. I have never used the drug clenbuterol, but I have seen it recommended many times. If you need additional help you can email me at [email protected] Good Luck.
thanks, i will cut out the PB, and get on some xenadrine, ive heard good things about it, thanks for confirming it
you may want to do your cardio first thing in the morn, have half a protein shake in water(will help preserve your muscle) along with your fatburner of choice, it will help a lot as well, if it was me i would be more worried about the pasta than the pb, you need to keep some fat in your diet or you r body will hold on to what you have and you will just end up losing your muscle. Maybe switch from pasta to wholewheat pasta if you already didn't or even better some oatmeal Darko
Good advice Darko.
thanks again, about the peanut butter, should i get the reduced fat, or should i stick with the regular. Is there any particular name brands that are better than the others. How much of it should i eat a day? Also i looked around at local health food stores, and found something that claims to have both xen, and hydrox, is this good stuff? What are some other foods i should stay away from?
Go w/ the natural peanutbutter bro. all other brands have lost the healthy fats due to heavy processing. smuckers makes a good natural peanutbutter an personally i enjoy it much more than jif or skippy, it has a richer taste.
