I lost 50 lbs of fat eating 6 meals per day but I leveled off before I could lose the last 15. I think my sugar intake is too high, I eat 3-4 cooked meals and then 2-3 replacments each day. Look at this replacement powder that I mix with milk and tell me what you think, I have a suspicion that there is too much sugar in it, thanks in advance. Total Fat 2g Sat Fat .5g Cholestorol 5 mg sodium 340mb total carbs 30g dietary fiber 6g sugars 21g protein 15g thanks

Yup and combined with the sugar in the milk it is way to high. Work on cutting out ALL sugar except pre and post workout...and ditch those pre-made MRP's...congrats on the 50lbs..wow..
