Raisins are really not great. I am not a huge fan of fructose since it tends to refill liver glycogen stores first. For saturday, you want to stick to clean carbs like Wild rice, yams, potatoes, etc. But you can cheat that day, so Pizza is fine.

JGUNS,

So how do I know how many carbs to start out with?? You mentioned 200 on Monday and working down to less than 20 by Friday. How did you come up with the 200 starting number?

Also, if you workout on Friday, then the only carbs you can have are 20g malto or dextrose in your post workout shake. Correct?

The following Monday do you start back at 200g carbs for the day or a lower number??

Since I'm not going to use AS, where do fatburners work into this. Everyday before HIIT and before weights???

Thanks in advance,

jj

I'm 6', 205lbs, about 13% bf. Looking to get into the single digit bf range.

I came up with that number based on a general rule of thumb for the amount of carbs a person utilizes per day, resting BMR, Glycogen usage, etc. I would start at 150-200

Yep, that is the way that I would do it.

Same number you started with.

Get some Lipoxene while you can and use it ED. Work up to twice per day, and start with one pill in the morning and afternoon and go to two.

I guarantee that if you follow the program, you should be able to get to around 5-8%, maybe lower!

I have som questions for the diet..

1. Should I eat below BMR each day except saturday? Or isn't kcal the importance of this diet - im a litle confused since there arent any info about this in the manual.

2. Would 200g of carb be the start at monday for everyone?

3. Is it possible to reach 8-10% bodyfat without doing sprints if you stick to diet 100% ?

Im 17 years, 160lbs, 5'10 tall. My bmr is 1800-1900 kcal. Probably around 13-15% BF.
How would you have the diet set up?

BMR is a guideline, but you shouldn't focus on it. You will naturally go below your BMR at least on a consistent basis.

I would go 150-200 Gms.

Sure, but it will be slower to reach your BF goals. ALso, it is VERY important for me to mention that without exercise, you won't lose nearly as much Subcutaneous fat, which is the fat that you can see (beneath the skin's surface). Diet alone has the most effect on Visceral fat, or the fat gathered around your organs. SO you can lose a lot of weight in VF, but you won't be able to see it as readily.

Maybe you couldbe a bit more specific? The way that it is set up as outlined here is a good start. Are you asking about meals?

I see you advocating T-3 and clen, which I would like to avoid if possible, but I read some reviews on TriMax and it seemed decent for a weaker product. What does everyone think about this one?

ive been doing a diet very similar to this, and have been seeing great results, ill definitely post some pics in another few weeks.
The windsprints i think are the key to this program, they really rip you up fast.
