I am getting headlong into a bulking routine, not cycle, and i have never experienced my appetite like this. I start feeling like crap when i dont get some munchies all throughout the day. I would like to obtain as much lean mass as possible but i gotta eat too, otherwise i dont feel like i am as strong in the gym. Does anyone have a great snack for a bulking routine that actually helps with the hunger or a supp that helps. To put it into perspective i gain extremely easy and it is mostly muscle. I am 6'3" and about 225 shooting for 235, then i will cut cycle back down to 220 or 215. I just need something to curb the hunger a bit. A bag of tortilla chips is about die if someone does not help. + chips =

Try some almonds and eggs.

Hoodia is a good herbal option.

I have yet to hear that hoodia in any form except the actual cactus is any good. Most agree that it is crap and another money maker for the fat loss rip off. If you can eat the actual cactus you will be good to go.

From what I have heard, the standardisation in general is not great - consequently a much higher dose may be required; but overall, I believe it does work effectively.

Supposedly if you tripled the dose you might get the effect that it boasts. This is also assuming that the company is not bottling up powdered grass clippings. Not going to try it until they isolate out the suppressant and make a supp off of that.

For my snacks, i picked up some almonds and i eat about half a cup. They are really a good snack i must admit. They give me the crunch factor i was looking for but not all of the bad stuff like i used to get. Since it was easter recently i have an abundance of eggs because i told my wife to get a bunch thinking maybe two dozen, nope, she went and got a 5 dozen box. 60 friggin eggs!! Nedless to say there was quite an easter egg hunt, but they make good snacks too and i am a big fan of egg salad, just not the after effects.

Absolutely man, i threw in some dry roasted(no salt) peanuts too for some variety. i am feeling much better and i dont have to worry about that feeling of weakness in the gym, today was a great chest day. I just needed something to fill the gap and thanks goes to you and jb.
