How is your P/C/F split per day. 50 grams of carbs a meal should not be enough unless you are eating 9-10 meals. I would start with a structure like this and increase your carbs from there (i'm starting a little low) Meal 1: 50 grams protein, 100 grams carbs Meal 2: 60 grams protein, 90 grams carbs Meal 3: 60 grams protein, 90 grams carbs Meal 4: 60 grams protein, 70 grams carbs Meal 5 60 grams protein, 50 grams carbs Meal 6: 30-60 grams protein Let fats fall where they may. I believe in a low fat approach however i do eat 2 egg yolks for breakfast and a serving of lean red meat (veal) at one meal during the day for basic fat requirements. That's 400 grams carbs to start with. To increase it i would firstly add 20 grams to meal 1 and 10 each to meal 2 and 3. From then on add 20 to meal 1 and 10 to every meal, obviously when you work out will influence adding in carbs at each meal. That's just a basic example but it will work. BTW your amount of gear use is nuts but it's your body.

I will stay below 210 from now on, but even then i will probably slowly increase my carbs up to around 500.....starting at just below 300 from Monday. I could go higher from there and not really add any extra fat but i want to try and gain as much on as little as possible first.

It was the portion sizes that made you fat not the carbohydrates. They are not evil.

I would not recommend eating fats at the same time as carbohydrates, due to the carbs raising insulin levels (not a good thing when there are high levels of blood fats). Instead, you should try and get most of your essential fatty acids towards the end of the day, when you should be tapering off your carbohydrate intake. The highest number of carbs in a single meal should be in your post-workout meal (as maltodextrin and dextrose in a 50/50 ratio) and then breakfast. Apart from this p/w meal, the carb intake should be dropped (tapered) with subsequent meals. Btw, this is just my opinion from reading some material recently. You may be right and I may be wrong!
