By getting bigger, are you talking about through working out or eating? You will look bigger if you loose the fat...
yea i mean id like to get bigger by workinout out and of course i gotta eat........ but your right if i was to lean up i would look bigger thats like a phobia i have about trying to lean up im soo use to looking big in clothes im but i konw if i was to lean up i would look twice as big as ii do now....... i feel soo smooth and soft........ so what do you suggest i do..... how low in carbs is good im afraid of loosing to much muscle
I think the male and female body may work differently, but IMO: High protien / moderate complex carbs Stay within your 40-60 gm fat, don't go over that if you don't want more body fat. I'd stay away from fat and sugar - your basic healthy well rounded diet maybe keep an eye on the saturated fats. My dad does high protien and plenty of carbs to bulk up and he doesn't put on body fat.

Get most of your carbs from veggies or low GI carbs. Keep your good fats moderate: 20-30% of your total cals. You will loose a lot of water weight and some fat in the first couple of weeks and then after that shoot for 1-2lbs fat loss per week to preserve muscle.
Thanks for the replies.......... had a question when it coems to good carbs i mean i hear so many different things...... but is there really that big of a difference between white rice and brown and white potatoes and sweet???? i mean i was told that if your not gonna get on stage any time soon it wont matter.... but if your really trying to dial in at a SUPER low bodyfat then yes it does...... whats your take on that.... and for ever 4th low carb day should i throw in a high carb day just to shock my boyd ive done low carbs all this week..... and i feel like im getting flat wondering if its good to mix it up
U werent listeneing to BigWill. Cut out the carbs. There are no good carbs, brown, white red, yellow rice!! it dont much matter, stop eating them! Dont eat potatoes. Dont eat flour products, that means breads, bagels, muffins, cakes, buns...all of it. Eat more meat and eggs. Stop eating low carbs once uve lost all of your fat. Then carb back up...u WILL look flat until u carb up. Dont worry about it. just keep dieting!
ok ..... dam i didnt know i had to go that low carb that im pretty much not eating any carbs except post workout?? actually it seemed that bigwill said to stick with veggies and low gI carbs..... what would be considered low besides veggies...... i thought brown rice and sweet potoatos were low ...... so what your pretty much saying is only eat carbsg post workout.... rest of the day just protein and fiberous carbs??
