hello i feel a little cheeky asking info on my first main post
I am a psycologist and i eat as and when i can ,I travel to many places each day as you can imagine .What i need to know is (if you wouldnt mind) can you give me a list of high protein foods that you all would say are great for lunch. tee..etc .i am eating good but i thought where better to ask than here , do you have a cem chef or nutritionist . i know you are one serious load of bodybuilders so who better ?
