Does anyone know of any tuna recipes that arent just tuna and mayonaise? Luto... I tried your Pasta, tuna, eggwhite caserole. Great stuff
lol, its not a recipe but i like to add bbq sauce to my tuna and put it on a bun
Glad u liked it here2learn ๐ Microwave cooking is my thing LOL ๐
Heres another one. Its more like an omelette dish... 1) Chop up some brussel sprouts, button mushroom and red chilli(Mainly for colour to make it appetizing) For those who hate Brussel Sprout, i promise u can't taste it when its done ๐ 2) Mix in some frozen corn kernel with the BS, mushroom and chilli. 3) Microwave the mixture on high for ~4 mins. 4) Pour away the water from the mixture and add in drained tuna (or flavoured tuna) 5) You can either pour in egg whites and microwave for another 5 mins and u can have it as a sandwich or on its own. OR 5) From step 4, Cool the mixture and squeeze in half a lemon and have it as a salad! There u have it! ๐
what about those? just a couple ( http://www.anabolex.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=95499) ๐

can u substitute banana or watermelon for the strawberries?
NO!
how about prunes? im too lazy to go to grocery store to get strawberries lol
Do the prunes...whatever you dont barf up you will shit in your pants.
this may sound crazy, but i make a tuna quesadilla. i get some whole wheat tortillas, lay one down, top it with some low fat cheese, tuna, and diced tomatoes. i put another tortilla on top of that. grill on low for about 3-4 min each side. tastes awesome. has a lot of carbs, anywhere from 60-100g depending on the size of the tortillas. so not for a keto diet
How i always make tuna is put the tuna in a bowl after you drain it, add some mayo and chopped up dill pickles very fine. Mix up and either put it on a bun or on Ritz crackers. Not bad tasting
all you need is a blender, some water and some chocolate syrup.
