I love the one myth regarding getting ripped, diet and drugs. People will always tell you "without the proper diet, you wont get shit, no matter what drugs your taking..." Yea, right... Especially on a few of the other boards...like gotfina.com or gotswole...you read bullshiit like "you can take any drug you want..." or "drugs wont do it, diet will"... try my stack...I have got to eat at least 1-2 bad meals a day or I lose TOO much weight. And I know about 25 pros, most of whom keep their cals above 3,000 even when pre-contest...the truth here being lots of drugs=mega fat loss... and my stack is not even that wild... T-4, 10mcg/day winny 50 mg/day tren 75 EOD sos 250 EOD 5 mg armidex/EOD thats it...no DNP, no t3...no GH...no clen and I melt fat like a blast furnace. I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days/week, train each muscle group once a week and thats it. My diet is great for like 4-5 meals/day...then I add a bad one or 2. Then I wake up in the morning and lookie here! Ill show you SWOLE... just my 2 cents...
Well some people cant do that. Remeber everyones genetics are different, so you cant just go and call BS on it.

WOW, im in shock... how can u say drugs are more important that diet???? all drugs do is accentuate ur diet, ur nothing without the food u eat... all that t4 is gonna do is shed a little fat, the EXACT same thing eating fewer calories would do... sounds to me ur trying to make up for the fact that u dont know how to diet by taking more drugs

If we were all like you then I guess we would all be swole right? This post is stupid. It lets all the younger bros think, "hey, just take plenty of drugs, fuck training and diet.". Diet and training are the key, steroids are only SUPPLEMENTS.
Everyone is different. Pro's carry more mass and obviously the more mass you carry the more calories you can eat while dieting. What is your definition of 'bad' meals? Diet is fucking everything. You can tell the difference between guys who eat right and those who don't. If you eat 5 goods meals a day and one bad of course you are still going to see good results. However imagine what they would be like if you ate properly every meal every day..............

The great thing about this place is that people post their threads and are open to honest criticism. Therefore, I willl be as honest as possible. PNIG, that is the stupidest thing I have ever read. Diet is EVERYTHING, and is as important to muscle building as getting into the gym and curling a weight. If for some reason you have better than most genetics and dont need to eat healthy to look great, KUDOS for you. but to say DIETS arent necessary is like listening to that 1 old dude who smokes a pack a day, is 70, and says smoking does not cause cancer. Get your mind right. And post your pics.........
You can lose weight with that stack but without proper diet you might hit stage looking like Lee Priest did at the Mr. O. Losing weight and getting contest ready are two different things. If you aren't preparing for a contest and are just trying to lean out then I'd agree with what you are doing. No need to have an on point diet but if you are planning on competing against some good BB's then you better have your diet together if you plan on placing well.

That plus holding even just 30lbs of muscle over your normal build = holding 10% BF easily. If you have a fast metabolism - yes you have to eat shit to stay ahead of your metabolism My old mate, natural at 190lbs at 6 foot would have to eat 5000 calories a day, do fuck all cardio, eat a pizza at 11pm or he would lose muscle and fat, he was always under 10% BF If you think everyone has your genetics for metabolism - I am about the same as you btw, you are totally wrong. Diet is very important in your case it is very important you eat crap once or twice a day or you lose too much, either way what you eat is very important.

Everyone is different. For the majority of users diet is number one by far. That is a fact. But there are always exceptions. Experiment and see what works best for you.
How come everybody is suddenly throwing up the "genetics" excuse? This guy is showing that drugs do burn fat without stringent dieting and people call "genetics" as an insurmountable factor, yet if one was to state that their genetics were a limiting factor for getting ripped with diet and execise alone. that person would be shitted upon for saying so. Also if drugs don't work to lose bf, why are so many people using DNP, T-3 or T-4, tren,winny and goodness knows what else in their cutting cycles? "Nah they don't work i just spend hundreds of dollars on these drugs for the cherry it puts on my cake." Yeah right lol. Too funny.
