cottage cheese is the fucking shiznit. having said that, watch having too much of that stuff though bro. some brands have a shitload of sodium in them.

i put in a crap load of syrup but i like it sweet lately been adding a glob of honey and 2 whole eggs with 4 more whites damm tiz good shit definately will try the penut butter one though i love pb so i`m likeing the idea cheers Mount.

1 container cottege cheese 2 mushed up banannas 1or 2 cups of Kashi GO lean Crunch cereal all mixed in a big ass bowl!!!! good stuff.. ill try the shake though

hey timba try some of that kashi go lean crunch in thier with the banannas and cottege cheese..it gives it some nice flavor!!!! ha ha i just got a blender gunna try the shake but im kinda scared..lol....im gunna put a but load of choc syrup in it!
