can anyone recommend a good cook book for healthy eating involving weight lifting... cause im finally moving into my own place so its up to me too keep myelf alive and my belly full.. so can anyone lend a helpful hand

Bill Phillips has one called eating for life. Its got all kind of recipes in it. Im sure there are a lot of other ones out there, but thats the only coming to mind.

i live in nyc and there's a great fast food chain called "the pump - energy food" and the places are all based on the concept of having a fast food place based on food for physical fitness needs. it's great food. so they came out with a cookbook i noticed the other day at the book store. the pump - energy food and here's link to the book from amazon the book from amazon i havn't bought it yet, but i'm going to.
