Does anyone else ever wish carbs were more important than protein, not that carbs aren't important. I love carbs, i crave them 24/7. if carbs acted like protein i would be the next Mr. Olympia. Just kidding. Hulk

You'd be suprised at how many carbs you can eat in a day if you don't overeat protein. I remember last year post-comp i was getting 800 a day weighing only around 215-220 and wasn't putting on any fat (for 3-4 weeks). Once my metabilism settled i still was able to get in around 650.......now i would only go back to that figure slowly overtime if i wanted to but if you keep your protein at the best amounts of say 1 1/4 grams per pound of BW (total protein from carbs, vegies, fats and protein sources), you can double that amount of intake on your carbs. ok enough real comments in a bullshit thread. I love Ice Cream and chocolates and the best way i've found to get more down in a cheat meal is to eat minimal protein. There's real life proof LOL.
