i was thinkin of broiling some shrimp 2nite. but i'm in ketosis right now and dont wanna come out yet. anyone know for sure how many carbs are in them?
3.5 oz.= 99 cal, 21 grams protein, 0 carbs, and1 gram of fat. About as healthy as you can get man. Just lots of sodium.
thanks!!! i'm goin eat right now!@!!!
make me some too.
I think it depends on whether the shrimp were bulking or cutting when they were caught. If they were bulking they probably were carbing up with slin. If it was when they were cutting, they probably were in ketosis themselves.
shrimp isnt really healthy, yeah theres protein and no carbs, but theres massive amounts of cholesterol in one shrimp
If you're just having shrimp, then you need WAY more fat with the meal if you're following a ketogenic diet. Some mayo for dipping should work.
