It's like your body can't get enough LOL. I won't say it makes all the dieting worthwhile but it sure makes you forget about it for a while. I don't know about any others on here but all i've been eating is Oatmeal. I tried some Potatos but the Oatmeal is going down so well, and filling me out very nicely with no spillover at all. Ain't gonna change what isn't broke. Hopefully when i cut the water everything will come out well.
I get sick when I carb up after dieting. I dont find it fun at all. My stomach has shrunk, I feel groggy and the heavy GI carbs hit me like a brick...but maybe thats just me..
Hmmm...yeh i lost my appitite in the past few weeks, i think my carbs were too low and 8-9 days after my last cheat meal i started shutting down. Only today (2nd carb up day) is my body coming back......a cheat meal on Sunday night would be the best thing regardless LOL. I know my first few meals yesterday made me tired as fuck and while it's gotten a little better i'm going to be sleeping a lot come post show to recover from the stress of all the cardio/training/dieting on bugger all carbs.
Looooove carbing up. All the work is done, just relax, eat, fill up and dry out. 🙂
i love eating full stop
Hate the dirty carbs! Make me feel so sluggish and fat. Oats are my carb of choice and Uncle toby's crunchy choc muesli bars. I actually prefer the slightly hungry feeling of dieting and deprivation...sometimes...
I love carbing up. I'm doing it right now. White rice and white potato, I'd love to throw some white bread, pizza, sushi etc in but have to wait for that.
No carbs for me:( Experimenting to see If i can drop a weight class into the '70's 1 Carb meal and i'll be over 75! maybe something tommorow after the weigh ins.
It can be fun, also makes me feel sick. If carbing up works really well for you, without taking r-ala and metformin, it means you have spectacular insulin sensitivity. Also means it doesn't matter what you carb up on-donuts and cheesecake will work just as well as sweet potato and oats.
Yes I find carb loading makes me feel a bit ill too.....but I think I have done it wrong by consuming too many too quickly. This year I may not carb load at all going into a contest or do it with only a small amount of sweet potato
