... and was wondering if I should decrease my calories by 100 per week or should I decrease more to begin with and then slow down?

Just curious as to what others thought.

That's a good approach to start with. Also maybe you might have to adapt your current training methodoly to fit your up-coming nutritional state.

Yeah, definately. I figured I'll go higher volume than what I have now... moderate weights.

how many calories do you take in a week now? 100kcal/week is nothing, even 100/day is not a lot considering you need to run a 3500kc deficit to lose a lb.

My bad, I thought it was at least 100 kcal/day. I agree with JB 100 kcal per week is nothing.

Since I'm still bulking, I'm taking in 3700 kcals per week.

I just don't wanna lose any muscle when I diet (if I can help it), so I have no problem cutting slowly.
