Vitamins are substances that your body needs to grow and develop normally. There are 13 vitamins your body needs. They are vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and folate). You can usually get all your vitamins from the foods you eat. Your body can also make vitamins D and K. People who eat a vegetarian diet may need to take a vitamin B12 supplement.
Each vitamin has specific jobs. If you have low levels of certain vitamins, you may develop a deficiency disease. For example, if you don’t get enough vitamin D, you could develop rickets. Some vitamins may help prevent medical problems. Vitamin A prevents night blindness.
The best way to get enough vitamins is to eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods and also you can get vitamins as tablets through online pharmacy
without prescriptions.
"Most people think that to overcome panic and phobias, you are supposed
to 'face your fears' Well that's a load of crap.'
I disagree !
You must have been listening to John Bradshaw.
I have nearly eliminated my fear of spiders by learning more about them . It has taken me 15 plus years to get to the point of actually touching one , when before that I could barely look at one in a book.
I say to confront your fears , learn more about it and push forward to a life without it.
If not then all you are doing is running away from something that will follow you forever .
"If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?"
- Albert Einstein
I think there are different ways to overcome situations successfully and that both of you handle it in the way you feel works best for you. And both did it without meds! Good for you.
I still can't touch those african black scorpions or hissing cockroaches. There is a reason your mind tells you to stomp those, and it's ain't because you have a phobia. It's because they need to die. =)
