In what situations would TSH levels increase?
Is it possible that TSH levels increase due to low carb and low calorie diet??? and also little sleep?
thanks..
It may be possible but keep in mind that dieting tends to reduce metabolism, not increase it.
Is there anything else you are taking that might be pertinent to the issue?
Low carb/low calorie diets can reduce immune function to some extent and the extra stress can increase cortisol.
Did you get a high reading? If so and all you got is tsh, you might get more comprehensive bloodwork done involving t3, t4, and tsh etc. for a better picture.
thank you for reply...
so yes, I was taking T3 ... and 3 weeks after the cycle, I got that bloodwork done.. and TSH was 4.02 ...
Now I think I am ok, but anyway I am gonna do the bloodwork done once again and with the whole thyroid panel, so TSH, T3,t4...
I am planing to do a T3/test cycle... But I have no clue when to stop the T3 .. Before the test or after the test cycle?
