i just skimmed this thread, so i'm not really sure what else has been said about this article on mercola.com. i will say this however, mercola, while a bit of an extremist, does have a knack for predicting health dangers. also, the only nutrition gurus i haven't seen speak out against sucralose are the ones who use it in their own supplement formulations. just some unsweetened food for thought

while some may call him an extremist I have yet to find his info inacurrate. In fact he has been ahead of his time. That's my 2 cents.

I have an article that will be published in the next mind and muscle. Everything I wrote was backed by pubmed references. Mercola straight up lies in his article, provides an incomplete bibliography, and wont provide a complete one when you request it in writing (I know because I did so that I could try and figure out where he came up w/the crap he came up with). I haven't liked a lot of the things I've read on his page. My 2 cents
try xylitol. Locally, it can be had at Hi Health. Not really a sugar, compatible with low carb eating, and good for your teeth.
And we'll collect the moments one by one. I guess that's how the future's done. Feist, "Mushaboom", 2005
just do not eat too much of it! my experience with any sugar sub that ends in "-ol" can cause gastric upset.
