Hi,
i need some advice from you guys.
During this time of the year after some solid workouts on the bike i feel that my immune system is weakening and i have to reduce training intensity and duration - otherwise i easily get a cough, sinus and end up resting for some days.
What do you guys take for strengthening your immune system, preventing a flu and what is to be taken as soon as it has hit you.
What to take to get over it real quick?
I use this winter 2p grams Vit C Esther everyday and seem it helps a bit....

I use l-glutimine/echinechea/vit c 1000x2 ed/good quality brand multi vit and a good diet oh and dark 95% chocolate 🙂

If you are 35 or older then take HGH at an HRT dose.....1 iu a day in the mornings only so as not to mess with your night time HGH release.
Take it on an empty stomach and 45 minutes before eating.

SERMS can help too.

There is also an HGH releasing analog......it stimulates your pituitary to release more HGH. It is being used a lot in HRT. It's called Sermorelin....very safe way to get extra HGH release.

Also, if you don't take an essential fatty acid supp then start doing so now. You need plenty of Omega 3 and 6 fats. If you don;t get enough your immune system suffers big time.

And...believe it or not whey protein isolate helps too. Try a 40 gram shake once a day.

SLEEP is a biggy obviously but many guys still don't get enough.
