Why would you say it would not be a wise move in this case?
For those who don't get laid frequently, I'd say it's a great option. As it is fast acting, and you only need to take it before having sex.

Now, i'm not talking absurd dosages here, I'm only talking 8-16mg. Not even enough to cause a slight euphoric sensation.
Now, on a different note, codeine will also stop diarrhea!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention codeine is also dirt cheap, and readily available.

Im with Nytol.............I didnt want to post this at first but its not a matter of when its a matter if "IF". It started causing problems in my relationship also becasue my girl at the time thought I wasnt attracted to her due to it taking an hour to get off. If you have a problem with this it is great.................if you dont it sucks.
Absolutely! My girl felt the same way.
The whole time during sex, I was just trying to come, and some times that made it worse, the stress factor.
I have never had a PE problem so for me that effect was very bad, but I would give it a go if you are having trouble.
