pain in my side!

i was in my 4th week @ 75mg a day of tren + 100mg of prop EOD and HGH--- when i started to notice some pain when i cough on my left side i stoped the Tren A nd prop and went back on my normal cyp plan. --- the thing is i stoped on monday and i still feel pain in my left side today where my kidney is if i did do some damage to my kidney -- will it repair it self? or should i see a doctor? --- there's on bleeding just pain what should i do?
