Sleep around 7 hrs a day up at 7 am bed 12 am.
Since dieting for Vic, lucky if i get 4 hrs sleep a night... Sleeping is absolutely shocking at the moment normally wake up about 5 times to go for piss, then is a mission to get back to sleep.. I work 3pm - 11pm then to the gym for 40min cardio session, go to bed around 1am normally get up about 6.30 as get so pissed off cant sleep. Back to the gym around 8.30am train then another hr cardio.. Cant wait for this to all be over not long now only six days
Not in 6 days xtreme-01, just beginning, one year to go until the next QLD's, and some gains to make before then!! Once you move up here you'll be 2" shorter in 3months from all the heavy squats you'll be doing! It's never over...
And some of you guys think you've got it tough........... here's my week...... up at 3 am mon morn.........start work at 4am.........work till 3.20 pm.........gym 3.45 to 5.00.........home at 5.30......in bed by 6.30 but don't usually get to sleep till about 8 pm. tues morn.......up at 2 am......start work at 3 am......work till 3 pm......then home and in bed by 6.30 Wed the same as tues except gym after work thurs the same as tues friday same again except gym after work Weekend.........guess what i do at the weekend? If you said fuckall you'd be right.........eat sleep and recover for yet another week.......and on it goes.........
weekdays up at 5.30am at work by 7 after a decent breakfast. finish round 3.30 and home by 4 most days. have a shake and a shower then to gym or training. usually asleep by 10.30pm if the mrs is behaving. T
maybe im lucky to get 6 hrs some nights! im such an insomniac , all my fault though! it seems to be the only time i can talk and read the forums without the mrs's spewing at me for neglecting them which i agree with her! ๐ bloody net is addictive even if it clean! why are you all so nice man! LOL
oh and for those old enough to understand, you could call it a CLAYTONS HANGOUT!!! the hangout you have when you dont really have a hangout !

I rise each morning at 5.00am and I am at the gym by 6.00. Yeah it take me nearly an hour to get there and I live two minutes from the gym. I am in bed by about 9.00pm though I watch tele in bed. I like to be in bed early on Sundays 7.00pm if I can arange it, depend on the kids.
I get up at 5:30AM, get ready, eat breakkie then get to work at 7:00AM work till 4:00 or 4:30PM, then hit the gym at about 5:00PM for the hardest of muscle training for my muscle mass then I finish just after 6:00PM and get home at 7:00PM, eat, prepare meals, check email, anabolex, MSN, play bass, then get to bed about 9:30 or 10:30, if its a training day next day i make sure i get an early night sleep ๐ Mike
