actually I was kinda pissed that I could not down load it---pertinence aside.

And we'll collect the moments one by one. I guess that's how the future's done. Feist, "Mushaboom", 2005

It appears to me that there is very little discussion regarding hormone replacement therapy outside of the hormones themselves.

Understanding the human body is a completely adaptive organism, obviously the reason that we go to the gym. Has there been much discussion regarding behavioral and environmental brief re creation of those activities that are inherent in youth.

For the past two years I have been trying to accomplish a specific physiological response to a simulated environment. Outside of the hormones what are the aspects of a youthful lifestyle.

#1: High jacked -intensity high-speed, high heart rate exercise. I believe sprinting may be the single activity the youth participate in versus adults. We all quit sprinting at some point in our lives.

#2: Convince your body that you are still in the game! Throughout the animal kingdom Testosterone is response of competing for reproductive rights. Doesn't our body respond when we compete for pussy and win?

If we are in a committed monogamous relationship, I believe we should have as much sex as possible.

Number three: continue to reinforce the mind-body relationship by engaging in activities that require a broad range of faculties. I.e. combining high intensity exercise while challenging geometric judgment, and fine motor skill dexterity.

Many of these things can be challenged in a simple game of basketball, football or even a self designed obstacle course.

I realize this may seem a bit off the beaten path considering the preponderance of discussion is about supplementation.

Just might be a discussion worthy of input from some very bright guys and girls.

interesting thoughts. I really don't think that anyone should consider hormone replacement until they have optimized diet and exercise. As per sprinting, even with the OA in my knees, I can still sprint on by spinning cycle. I don't think it would replace the HRT--I am healthier because of spinner though. It does feel good to get the heart rate going at or above the anaerobic threshold. My resting pulse has lowered as a result.

all you have to do is look around at the guysyou see over 50 years old, it is easy to spot the ones who have given in to aging. The size 40 waists that bulge out, the perpetual frown that graces the face, you just know the sex life sucks, life when it becomes a challenge to walk upstairs to sleep.

I think supplementation clearly has its place I just think to fully optimize the feeling one shoulod consider lifestyle. Kind of like the balance between diet and excercise.

Anyone else done any work in the area of environmental simulation out side of the usual?

Are you talking in the professional sense? I think what you say is a given, you can take all the supplements in the world and if you still quack like a duck.....

I awake every day amazed that i am as old as i am yet still seem to value and promote life as i saw it many years ago.
