Ive been good. I was out of town for classes for work. Things arent perfect but they are getting better. One day at atime I guess. Anyways, I think the jiu-jtsu may be the cure that I was looking for. We shall see with time.

Well I almost broke my toe the second week so I am not really happy with it. My little toe looks like my thumb lol. But I am getting better and much much faster. I love the look in someones eye when I reach out and grab them and pull them towards me. I can see it in there eyes... like "O fuck." I think I scare them with the strength and speed. Suffice it to say I enjoy the shit out of it

Good to hear you are doing better bro. I hope things continue to go well for you. I struggled with Depression, and still do at times. i think being here, being surrounded by good, positive people is a good idea for you. Depression is a strange thing. You can be on top of the world and still be depressed. I never fully understood depression. If there is anything I can do to hep, feel free to let me know.
