Supposing a person 19 years old, neither taking steroids nor other drugs, taking about 120 gr of fat per day, a few psichological problems but not very important,

what do you think that could be causing him important problems with libido and sperm production?

I'm revising my diet, finally i'm thinking in some micronutrient being the reason, do you think in anything??

I'm taking multivitamin/multimineral at morning

I'm be very thanked for your contributions

not yet, tomorrow I will go to the doc

It's really surprising (and very disgusting) for me, the first time in my life, with this age...

Now I'm thinking in an overtraining, but my muscles don't seem to be very damaged

I think I abandon the diet and training for 1 week, and do 3 meals and other things such a "normal" person

Have complete blood work done ASAP including FH, FSH, Total Test, Free Test, Prolactin, t3, T4, TSH. In case of finding low test levels, you'll have to redo it in a period of a week or so. Do it before 10 AM.

Did you have any trauma in the hip area or something?

What do you consider a few psichological problems?

Have you been dieting hard lately? And if so, for how long?

Hope that helps. Peace.

No

In the past, I had a durable and horrible depression, but libido OK. All my problems seem to be being repaired, but now I have principally THIS psichological problem, derived from this problem

Until my last rest from the diet, 3 months. There was a time with a lower amount of fat for me than usually, about 50 gr per day (a mistake I think), and low calories, the moment I think libido was being spoiled, but now I am eating more calories in order to grow

Hope that helps. Peace.

Thank you. I hope the doctor ask for the blood levels

You gotta work on it. Are you doing some therapy?

For a natural person, certain kinds of diets (very low in fat and in calories) may lead to low test levels.

If he doesn't ask for what you want, tell him to do it, or at least ask him why not.

It isn't your diet unless maybe you're eating only tofu. Both depression and meds for depression can mess up the libido. As suggested you need to get fresh bloodwork done to rule out low test levels etc.

liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.
