I have had it presrcibed often as a general anti-biotic.... seems to be flavour of the month at my practice. Seems to do the trick. Never needed to use repeat.

what did he prescribe it for..cellulitis....respiratpry........ITs a good antibiotic.......but there is stuff out there like azithromycin where you only got to take it for five days/ once a day. But if Im treating my guys for cellulitis Keflex is ususally the one Ill Pick. IF your a llergic to penicillin then there is about a 10% chance of cross reactivity

ive dispensed it, it is a useful agent, and will be effective if the organism that you are infected with is susceptible to it if your doc prescribed it then chances are he has a good grasp of what is the likely organism and so he would have made a good choice antibiotics swallowed should not interfere with anything you are injecting intramusclularly so no dramas there you have a script for what youre injecting of course dont you cheers mate
