check your blood pressure it may be a sign that its high

yeah i got nasty headaches on anapolan. also got nasty pumps though.:D

If its your BP go to your drug store or a target/walmart and use one of the automated blood pressure screeners. That should tell you right then and there 🙂

for the first 2 days...used some advil... and they went away...

how much u taking per day? try this ,if you are taking 1 pday, split it up with 2 meals, 2perday split w/4 meals and so on!! works everytime!!!!!

How much weight have you gained with em, Im gonna be using em soon and am asking everyone with there experiences with it.

yep it increases your blood pressure....careful of nose bleeds....bump up you water intake and perhaps lower your dose hon Cutie
