and now by popular demand: The best way to use nizoral, spironolactone, and azelaic acid + minoxidil 5% is: 1. Use the Nizoral 2% shampoo 4-5 times a week. Let it soak on the scalp for 10 minutes before washing it out. 2. Apply 1ml of the topical spirnolactone twice a day. (1ml is approx 2 droppers full) 3. Apply 1ml of the azelaic acid 5% + minoxidil 5% twice a day. (1ml is approx 4-5 sprays) The exact times that you apply the solutions is not important. Typically, once in the AM and once in the PM is fine. It doesn't matter which one you apply first. Make sure that you apply one 15-20 minutes before the other to let it dry on the scalp.
