I'm a diabetic bodybuilder as well. I have never competed, and don't really care to, but I have shredded up pretty good when I wanted to. I've found that switching over to Humulog and eating a very low fat diet has made all the difference. I'm with you on the gear and blood sugar levels also, they stay perfectly low. Email me if you want to talk anymore about this.
thank DEMON i appreciate your help,i will email you to pick your mind if you dont mind.lol.. 🙂
lucky bastards, you get insulin legally! jk. 😀
Move to Canada. You could drive from one drugstore to the next buying slin without a script. Perfectly legal.

i'm diabetic on humalog and have started some serious dieting to get in shape for the summer, im also going to start using 400mg deca per week for 4/6 weeks and then some clen. its good to hear the gear is ok with blood sugar levels thats what i was worried about. Do u guys take a shot of humalog after workout? have u made a differnce in your physique doing this?
Yes, drcrash I take a shot as soon as I get finished working out. All's I use is Humulog so I take three shots a day. Switching to Humulog has made a HUGE difference in my physique. When I was on the 70/30 shit, I could not get my body fat below 10% regardless of my diet and cardio. I switched to Humulog and within two months I measured at 7%. Your body just won't allow you to burn fat when the insulin is active in the body. That's the beauty of Humulog, in and out of your system within 2 hours. I'll never go back to the other crap.
demon dont u use anything at night i have to take long acting insulatard at night as well, how come u only take 3 shots a day? do u only eat carbs during three of your meals? how do u get on with supplements? im taking whey protein and glutamine powder just now and sometimes feel like i need to piss all the time and discomfort in the abdomen but when i test blood its fine. is this due to high intake of protein? im taking in about 350g protein and i weigh 185lb just now. Thanks for your time
If you are not used to eating that much protein, you will definetly urinate frequently. As long as your blood sugars are in the normal range, I wouldn't worry about it. Also, yes I eat 6 times a day, but only carbs are included in 3 of those meals.
i take long acting insolin too(humilin n). i long ago realised that the long acting insolin was driving fat in too my fat cells but did not ceer"i was bolking up"lol... i am goimg too try the bdy opus diet,i am firt going to drop my blood sugars to 3mmol/50mg/dl and then keep it there with only humalog, eat nuthing but protien, good fats for 5 days, then carb up with (humalog&humalin n) for two days, eny one try this yet?
