besides saw palmetto and lycopien what are the best OTC supps to keep one's prostate from enlarging over time???
What about non OTC drugs such as adex??

finasteride works but it's non OTC. It's fairly cheap and will also help preserve your hairline.

I never knew finasteride would do that. thought it was just for hair.

if you do not have a known prostate problem i would not use finisteride since it has some other potential side effects like ED.silymarin has worked on me many for years.

I just couldn't work out the liver-prostate connection other than a cascade of really complex interactions.
