juice1348, I'm a noob to the implementation of gear into my workout, and was wondering what the exact names, brands, and duration of your cycle will be. what is QV eq? and QV cyp? I've heard of cypionate, but not eq or QV. Is QV a brand? Thanks for your help, Semperfi

nice, guys. i went away to Pittsburgh on business Mon, Tue, Wed of this week. Went to gym called World Class Fitness while i was there. Nice place and some big boys (a couple of cute girls too). I hadnt weighed myself since last week. UNBELIEVABLY i weighed 203 lbs!!! I was literally and in all seriousness, I little scared. I was like "wow, what is going on?" My abs are still there, not ripping out, but still there. I got 315 for 6 again on bench and was rowing 235 for 7 on bent over rows on Tuesday. Shoulder pressing 100 lb d-bells for 10. I am only finishing my 5th week. Any advice or questions always welcome.

my advice to you is STOP , you are going to cost yourself a fortune in new shirts. and your going to have big muscles,and you wont be able to reach around to wipe your ass,or scratch your head! lol like i said before bro,keep up the good work and follow a good pct to hold on to those gains!!!!

WEEK 6 BABY!!! I wiegh 205 currently, that is a 17 pound increase from start. i am getting my bf% done today. oh yeah, i feel great. had a huge chest day yesterday, and ready for a back attack today. my arms started at 17" and i am measuring today. i am hoping for at least a 1/2" gain. my legs have really ballooned up. the best part.....I AM ONLY HALF WAY DONE.

ok boys!!! week 7 is in full effect. I know some of you wont believe me but check this out....I was doing flat bench on Monday. told my friend that I was trying for 7 (being that i got 6 last time) with 315 lbs. I proceeded to lift and POUNDED OUT 10!!! I wieghed in at 208 1/2!!! at 5'9" that is a lot for me. my arms are 18 inches!!! I love this shit guys. I will post a before and during pic in a week or so. my bobyfat went up like 1 percent or so, but who cares. its winter time!

i was doing only glutes, but now i went to quads too. ouch though, i cant walk from the prop, haha.

hey guys this will be my last post under this thread. thanks for the support from everyone. unfortunately i have to cut the cycle off at a premature 8 weeks. i had enough gear for 8 weeks and i had 5 more weeks worth with a boy here on the back burner. unfortunately i told him to keep it (prices are high) because i had a 'reliable, good guy' hooking me up on bolex. that guy....BigKev. needless to say, i never got my gear and i will start pct next week. I CAN NOT SAY I AM DISAPOINTED THOUGH!!! I GAINED 22 LBS OF SOLID MUSCLE!!! My bench went up from doing 315 for 3 or 4 to doing it 10 solid times. my arms are up to 18 inches. I will post pics soon. here are the final stats: stats: 5'9" inches 25 yrs old 5 years training start: 188lbs. arms 17". bench press- 315lbs for 3 or 4 finish: 209 1/2 lbs. arms 18"+. bench press-315 for 10 (355 for 4) Thanks again guys. i will do another 12 weeker starting christmas time. test 600mg week, 1-12 eq 500mg/wk, 1-12 winny 50mg/ed 9-12 Test Prop 400mgwk, 1-3
