im an ex football player i bench 465 squat 600. i weigh 230 pounds. but i look about 215. i want to look like im 250 but only be 230 i dont care about strenght i care about being big and cut what the hell should i do. the basic cycle ive always done is deca and test bc thats what r coaches told us to do can anybody help me? bc im sick of the little weak m/f coming into the gym working out for 20 min. flexing for 30 min. and then there done, when im in there busting my ass and i get nothing but stronger.
