i know i asked about this already but i'm a little unclear. the vitamin B12 that i have is 1000mg/ml. how much should i inject at a time and how many times a week? some of the replies i got were like .25 or .5 mcg's?? also someone replied that they wouldn't bother with it. what do you guys think?

thanks bro. my gains are incredible and i know i have more in me but i noticed my hunger has gone down. i started at 5'7", 172lbs and in four weeks i am up to 191lbs. bench went from 225lbs/5 reps to 225 lbs/8 reps or 315 for 1 or 2 reps. deadlifting 405lbs for 4 to 6 reps and squatted 405lbs for 8 reps tonight, best ever! gonna try 495 lbs next week.
