test and deca?

400mg of deca would be better run it the same as test - 10weeks

I am running 500 ml tes and 300 Deca with great results. 12 weeks tes and 10 weeks deca. Gained close to 19 pounds so far and have 5 weeks to go. I would run the Tes 2 weeks longer than the Deca though. Just my .02 cents. TR

200mgs per week is pretty much a waste bro. go with 400 for sure and you will be golden.

my first one before i knew anything was 200mg of deca ALONE for 8 weeks, i gained about...uh...2 lbs. nice, very nice. lol.

Just finished up 12 weeks of test(750mg) and 400mgs of deca(10 weeks)....Best cycle I have had. Went from 202 to 230 and didnt gain very much fat. Not like when I did Dbol and test.. I would go with the 500mg of test and then 2grams of deca per pound of bodyweight. Run the test 2 weeks longer so you can avoid deca dick....peace

i ran the 400/400 cycle for 10 weeks with the latter 2 weeks longer than the former, i also threw in dbol for the last 3 weeks, i gained like 27 lbs and kept like 17.....deca dick....lol
