do me a favor. just try this diet for 90 days without using gear and see what you think. if you don't get results, then do whatever you want.

meal 1- 1 cup (pre cooked) oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon, 50grams protein shake

meal 2- 8 oz (cooked) boneless, skinless, grilled chicken breast, 1 cup white rice. 1 cup broccoli

meal 3- 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup white rice

meal 4- pre workout- 50 grams protein shake, 1 grapefruit

meal 5- 9 oz. lean steak, 1 cup salad, 2 tb spoons olive oil, 2 tb spoons balsamic vinegar.

meal 6- 50 grams protein, 2 cups skim milk, 4 ice cubes, 1 tb spoon natural peanut butter, all in a blender.

take glutamine, multi vit. every day. train hard, get your rest and stick to the diet. drink at least a gallon of water every day. have a cheat meal of watever you want twice a week. this is not perfect, but it is a great start for you.

This is a great diet..nicely laid out hatfield. The only thing i would add is immediately post workout consume high glycemic carbohydrates (gatorade, dextrose, Vitargo etc) and whey protein isolate.Shoot for 60-75grams of carbs and 50grams of whey protein. The carbs will replace depleted glycogen in the muscles and liver and the protein will stop catabolism and kick start anabolism.

your missing the point we are trying to make.yes we are advising you not to take gear but also you don't have a clue what your doing and these two aas that your asking about aren't even recommended for begginner cycles. another thing that was pointed out was about your diet, please do alot more research before you ask us too help you critique a cycle for you.i will not give you any advise on cycles until i'm confident you've done your homework!!

Hey guys, being that I am only 20 years old myself I wanted to say some things. I have been traing for a number of years now without the use of gear. By the way making HUGE gains. Bodybuilding is all about consistency. Get your diet and training in order before anything. No one here obviously can stop you from using gear... You may not want to hear this but listen to what they all have to say. They are all so knowledgeable. This board is designed to help one another. Hope you reach all of your goals!

We do appreciate your honesty regarding your age. You are already ahead in the game since you are training and consious about your diet.

There is so much potential in your body as it is. If you start now you could ruin yourself and regret it by the time you are in your late 20's.

Please reconsider. Change your eating habits and work on a better training regimine. Set reasonable goals and achieve them THEN consider going to the next level. At least till you are 21 or older.
