how are you gonna run things

I have an idea but would like your guys opinions.

How much training experience do you have?
How old are you?
What do you weigh?
What is your BF %
What are your goals?

I am 32 years old, 5ft 8in tall 180lbs, 10% body fat. I have done probly 4 injectable with oral cycles in the last 3 years but I had a friend guiding me through it all. He has since moved away so know I need to rely on you guys. When I started lifting 3 years ago I only weighed around 145lbs and very skinny so I have grown a lot. I have not done a cycle in about 9 months now. I look great but want to be bigger. I have shrank down a bit since my last cycle also. I had hit a peak weight of 195lbs and my arms grew from 14 1/4 in to 16 1/2in but now down to 15 3/4 in. So I want that 16 1/2 back and maybe more. Thanks for your help guys and or gals!

More experienced bro's will tell you how to run your compounds, although I beleive you should dump one of your tests, and run a nandrolone with the other. My point is however that you have Nolvadex listed at the bottom of your lists, which is a drug that it obsolete. Also there is no HCG which is a MUST when running a cycle. Take some time and go through Vision's sugestions on PCT in the PCT section. He has laid out exactly what you need to do to bounce back safely after your cycle, and best keep your gains.

I know that everything that I have ordered I received. They are listing Nolvadex and I received it today. I have to take it simply because of my nipples grow and hurt and I hate that.
