there are many advocates of many different cycle stratedgies, 8 week being the most common followed by 12 week. I think that 20 weeks is not a bad option but is generally only used by very experienced bbrs. The longer you are on, the more relevant side issues pop up like elevated lipids, depressed hdl, high blood pressure. There is also a longer revocery period for most.
