pain. my shoulder is killing me. i think i'm lifting too heavy for my frame but yet i'm told that i have to go heavy until i finish this cycle, that's how i'm going to grow. which i am growing but the pain is getting to me. i am 5'7", 182lbs. i beleive that my strength is pretty good for a guy my size. i'm squatting 405 lbs for reps., deadlifting the same for easy reps. and benching 315 lbs. my ultimate goal is to get big and eventually cut up. my current cycle includes: monday 2cc's test 250mg/ml tuesday 2cc's e.q. 200 mg/ml thursday 2cc's test 250 mg/ml friday 2 cc's e.q. 200 mg/ml and 7 Dbol/day every day should i throw some deca in there for my joints or is that too much? even better, is there a better product out there than deca to help with joint problems?

sounds like you havnt been lifting a long time. just keep in mind your muscles gain strength @ a higher rate than ligiments . you have to think long term NOT short term. i had terrible pain in my shoulder a couple years ago & when i finally droped flat bench out of my routine i recovered in a couple of months. chnge your routine or lift lite until it heals because in the long run you will develope better

Thats alot of gear for someone with little lifting experience and few cycles.

what do you mean by gear? i'm taking a lot of stuff or i'm lifting rather heavy for my size? and again should i throw some deca in there as well. i know i have to slow down and i will but you guys know as good as i do, my gains are great and it gets into your head and don't want to slow down. i feel like i'll be losing my money if i stop
