I'm of the smaller, more defined type who eats all the garbage I can and scrapes for every pound so I'm pretty decent w/ mass cycles, but my gym partner is freakin huge and is really trying to cut down. He's 6'4, 310lbs, about 20% bf (maybe a lil less). He's done a few test cycles and blows up like a gorilla he really wants to try a cutting cycle (trying to stay away from test if possible). Right now he's on like week 5 of 400mg of EQ a week. Can someone please help me advise him of something to end his cycle strong and cut some bf. If it's too late in the cycle , another good cutting cycle would be appreciated.as far as diet goes, he eats about 300g of protein and about 3000 calories. hope i didn't forget anything.........

I would think he needs to learn more about diet before he does any "cutting" cycles.

I didn't even know the guy was jucin until today when he asked me about all of this and I agree that he should have planned all of this out first. I plan all of my cycles well and have all of my stuff before I start. I'm just trying to help my buddy out before he wastes some perfectly good eq. As for his diet, it's all lean, chicken breasts, yogurt and rice cakes and stuff.
