hello everyone, i am a 30yr old guy that is tierd of being a stick ..lo. anyhow i am 160lbs & 6'1" & about to take my 1st 8 week cycle of deca/Dbol, it is 300mg/ml ,i was mesured with 5.6% body fat, what kind of gains can i expect? i hit the gym 5 times a week & then i swim on sat. this is just my 1st cycle, i will be doing a 2nd in feb/march. also i have the anti-e,i should use it after my cycle right? any feedback would be helpful. thanks steve:D
You don't need steroids. You need food and squats. How was your bodyfat measured? 5.6% is REALLY low.
oh i gained 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks,i am now 160 i am taking twin labs gainers fuel 2500,i have a high metabolism thats why i am thin,so now i am on a 4000 cal. & up a day diet with all the carbs i can fit into my body, they did the bf with a meter of some sort that pinched the skin on my thigh, stomach & chest . they did a micro fit test & i passed everything with 4 stars, cardio streching ect,its just i am thin, but now i am taking that gainers fule & taking my time when i eat & eating more than just supper,i am gaining.thanks for your feedback 250byxmas, i know why you said food but why squats? because big muscle group & weight? thanks steve
250byxmas-squats/deadlifts best exercises-they're a pain but the BEST!! I had a thin frame once, still kinda do just bigger now. But my mistake was not doing squats and deadlifts-now after doing them-i built myself up a lot better and stronger. To build a nice upper body one must start from the foundation and grow upwards. Dont get me wrong my legs are still small and thin, but they have been getting bigger especially my calves once i started doin donkey lifts. But squats will build excellent mass and strength in the legs-I do front squats with the bar kind of resting on my chest. It prevents you from leaning forward to much and taking pressure of the quads. Ever since switching from normal squats to these type of squats-my legs have been forming nicely. And he's right food- EAT, EAT, EAT and EAT anything in site. You are looking to bulk so just keep eating-thats what I did-so a year and a half later I'm up 35 lbs. solid! Lost a little weight after surgery but no biggie I am still determined to keep growing!! So take his advice, food and squat!! These are two fundamentals I have been told, and they work well.

Hell, keep doing what you're doing. If you've got a diet that works and you are gaining, you don't need steroids. Squats are the single biggest mass builder you can do. Find a power lifter to show you good form. Lift heavy, and go low. Squats hurt. They suck to do, and they make me sore for days (even after squatting for years). But as a former super-skinny guy, I can tell you that no exercise did more for my whole body than squats. People tend to overemphasize arms because they are visible. But if you want to put an inch onto your upper arms, the general rule of thumb is that you'll need to add about 15 pounds of mass (all over). Squats are the fastest way to do that. When your gains from food have stopped, and you can do 20 reps of deep squats at 200+ pounds, you might start thinking about steroids.
I agree with 250 on everything he posted.
i to, agree. i hate people who have never really trained and weight 150lbs and come up to me and say "yo, can you get me some gear so i can get big" I always refuse immediately and tell them to eat, eat more, then eat again then train hard, eat and sleep. I trained for 7 years hard and gained 50 lbs in those years (from 140-190) before i decided to use them.
