Hello everyone, here's my info.. -22yrs old -6'1" -215lb -a little under 10% bf I have pretty good size and cuts, and I am going to do my 1st cycle, its a bulker.... week 1-4(maybe up to week 6) either 30, 35 or 40mg Dbol week 1-8 omnadren 500mg/wk week 1-8 Arimidex.5mg eod nolva on hand just in case, and clomid for p.c.t. I have an extremely fast metab, so i eat like a pig. i have never counted exact cals, cuz i dont know about the eggs/meat. besides the obvious answer of "yes", what else/how much should i add.....(i eat these meals EVERY day) meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1 bagel/3 slices wheat, 1 cup oats, 2 cups skim meal 2: 1 can tuna w/mayo, 2 slices wheat, 1 cup ff cottage cheese mixes w/ applesauce, .5 cup white rice meal 3: (post w.o.) gatorade mixed w/ 42 grams whey meal 4: chix/steak/ground beef, 1 cup white rice, veggie meal 5: protein shake (30 grams), 1 cup oats meal 6: protein shake (30 grams), 1 cup oats i either have milk or water with each meal, and drink at least 1 gallon water each day. any suggestions as to what to add? i'm thinking pb into protein shakes, extra shakes in general........
Olive Oil can be added to all protein shakes at about 100cal a tablespoon, ground flaxseeds can be added to shakes as well for additinoal protein and EFA's. Snack on rice crackers and Peanut butter throughout the day for even more cals. Hope this helps
thanks amateur, people recommend flax see oil, do they sell that at like GNC/Vitamin shoppe type places? is that about a good amount of cals? or do i need to still increase? i plan on adding pb to shakes and for snacks......anything else?
