My third cycle will consist of
Test-P (500mg) e.o.d. shots
Tren-A (400mg)e.o.d. shots
T-3 and Clen.
I want to bulk up and lose fat at the same time.
I'm on a clean bulk diet, starting from 3,000 calories to 5,000 calories. Will focus on Cardio alot.
I read that T-3 &Clen are great for shredding bodyfat, thats cool, i just dont want to lose weight.
Do i have to you calories to burn fat?
keep your diet clean and you be able to put some great lean mass on, I do it all the time, eat lots and get clean. Dont forget to pyrmid your t3 (5weeks on and 5 weeks off).

worry more about proper diet as you are and cardio and it will take care of itself, unless your a genetic freak, pretty hard to do both DIET AND BULK, the muscle will come slower, but it will come.
Tren will help you with bodyfat if you are running T3 in conjunction. Anoither good idea is to run your AI throughout your cycle to prevent any bloating which looks like BF.
If you really wnat to do cardio, you might want to rethink the clen. I just dropped it myself, but everyone is different. I too do lots of cardio and found that clen took away my appetite and desire to workout.
