HELLO FOLKS, I AM 31 YEARS OLD. HEVE NEVER TRIED A CYCLE. I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 250 LBS. HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR 3 MONTHS IN ORDER TO TONE UP AND GET SOME OF MY STRENGTH BACK. HAVE BEEN READING AND DOING SOME RESEARCH. I HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING ADVICE FROM A COUPLE OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE DONE A COUPLE OF CYCLES. AND THIS IS THE INFORMATION AND FIRST CYCLE SUGGESTIONS I HAVE GATHERED SO FAR. SUS FOR 8 WEEKS WEEK 1 THROUGH 5 500 mg ONCE A WEEK WEEK 6 THROUGH 8 250 mg ONCE A WEEK WILL ALSO TAKE ADITIONAL PROTEIN AND USE HYDROXICUT. BEAR IN MIND THAT I WAS GIVENT THIS AS A FIRST CYCLE BASED ON MY WISHES THAT I WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE MILD AND AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE DUE TO MY RELATIVE INEXPERIENCE. ANY INPUT WOULD BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATED.[SIZE=1]

i would run 500mg for at least 10 weeks, followed by proper post cycle therapy.....
maybe even front load the test (take advantage of the prop in it)

as stated above , run 500 mg's for the duration. keep in mind that sus is a blend of 4 esters & your blood levels would be too low @ 250 a week , yeilding minimum results

I would strongly urge you to wait at least another 6-9 months before considering steroids. You've only been training for about 3 months. The first year of training is primarily neuromuscular - your body figures out how to make more muscle fibers fire in sync in order to lift a big weight. If you can wait, you'll get much better results from your cycle, since your neuromusclular gains will have leveled out. I realize that this is a cutting cycle for you, but you will still see your best gains if you do your cycle at a time when you can actually lift some heavy weights.

FIRS ONE LEFT MY ASS SORE AND ALSO LEFT A SMALL LUMP THAT IS ALMOST COMPLETELY RESOLVED. I ALSO GOT FEVERISH AND CHILLS FIRST NIGHT AFTER 1ST INJECTION. FELT LIKE CRAP THE NEXT DAY; BUT NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP ME FROM GOING TO GYM THOUGH. SOME ONE SUGGESTED I PUSH 1cc OR 250mg EVERY 4 DAYS INSTEAD OF JUST 1 INJECTION OF 500mg OR THE 2cc I STARTED WITH. IS THIS SOMETHING I SHOULD LOOK INTO? HOW SHOULD I EXPECT TO SEE INCREASES IN STRENGTH OR STAMINA?
do you have clomid on hand for post cycle therapy? and any anti-e's in case of gyno?

I would train for at least another year and quit typing in all caps for the best results. No offense, and if I'm off base, post a pic and prove me wrong... but with only 3mo training and weighing 250, unless you are pretty tall, you're probably just fat more than anything. Therefore, you definetly also need that year to learn diet basics you probably don't have a handle on before you use AS. Steroids don't rip you up or anything, diet is #1.

As far as your assenment of my condition, you are anot entirely "off- base" as i am 5'11" tall and weight about 27 lbs. more than i used to when i was a very lean and fairly strong 222-228 lbs. college student. Keg parties and 12 years of neglect have taken their toll on my body though. lol My old stats were as follow: thighs= 26 in. around. Bicepts= 17 in. around. Leg press machine= 850 lbs. for controlled 15 rep sts. dumb bell bench, incline, etc = 80 lbs. for WELL controlled 12+ rep. sts. 25-30 lbs. exess blubber on a 5'11" tall body with the prior original specs is not necessarily a deal breaker. Bear in mind that this first cycle, as far as I am concern is not more than "cut up" cycle. This cycle will also give me the some measure of experience with gear(something i had never experienced). IN 8 weeks cycle will be done with. I will be off the gear for 3 months. If you do the math, i'll be training, dieting, a bit bigger, and alot stronger for 5-6 months from now on top of my current 3+ months. That's 8 to 9 months of solid training and dieting. I will also be significantly leaner and more knowlegable about gear and the sport to start planning for my next cycle. As far as me typing in caps, sorry. Caps just make it easier for me to read and follow my own typing. I didn't know it annoyed anyone.
