HELLO FOLKS, I AM 31 YEARS OLD. HEVE NEVER TRIED A CYCLE. I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 250 LBS. HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR 3 MONTHS IN ORDER TO TONE UP AND GET SOME OF MY STRENGTH BACK. HAVE BEEN READING AND DOING SOME RESEARCH. I HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING ADVICE FROM A COUPLE OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE DONE A COUPLE OF CYCLES. AND THIS IS THE INFORMATION AND FIRST CYCLE SUGGESTIONS I HAVE GOTHERED SO FAR. SUS FOR 8 WEEKS WEEK 1 THROUGH 5 500 mg ONCE A WEEK WEEK 6 THROUGH 8 250 mg ONCE A WEEK WILL ALSO TAKE ADITIONAL PROTEIN AND USE HYDROXICUT. BEAR IN MIND THAT I WAS GIVENT THIS AS A FIRST CYCLE BASED ON MY WISHES THAT I WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE MILD AND AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE DUE TO MY RELATIVE INEXPERIENCE.
