I definitely think 3 shakes max. Maybe one in the morning, one after workout and one before bed. Everything else should be a whole food meal. As for voice changes,winny is by far the most damaging to the voice ime.

I really think this boils down to a very general rule of thumb that we and others use. It is generally our recommendation to train until you attain close to genetic max, dial in your diet, makes sure you are getting plenty of rest. meanwhile take this additional time to research potential cycles and ways to minimize side effects.
