So I have done a lot of reading and found some interesting studies and I was hoping you guys could tell me what you think about my cycle, it will be my first one. Any suggestions and help would be wonderful.

I'd at least make the following mods....

You don't want to run eq without test in your system. Eq has a longer 1/2 life than test so you want to stop it earlier, especially at the same dose otherwise "Mr Happy" may just be "Mr Wiggles".
Now my opinion is....
Double the test, increase the eq, add some proviron, add some adex and decrease the time frame on the winny. Something tried and true would be my first cycle.

So what would be the benefit of raising the dosage besides the increased affects. I already know I will have to work about sides. And I guess I would throw this out here. What do you guys suggest on injections. How many times should I inject a week. The entire 250mg in one shot or brake it up into two or three?
yes, increased dose will yield increased effect.
I'd do a minimum of 2 injects per week, say Mon/ Thurs. I typically do a Mon / wed/ fri
