Hey all,

Yesterday was my four week test e(500mg) injection.

I know that some folks start to see the "kick" at two weeks, some at three, some all the way to six or even seven weeks. My libido is way up, morning wood is almost annoying, but I don't think the Test E has really kicked in yet. Sure, I'm getting stronger and filling out a bit , but I'm positive I haven't seen the light yet.

So... (and this is JUST a question, I'm not advocating, condoning, or even planning. )

Would it help, hurt, not do $hit to throw in a little sustanon 250 twice a week for the next couple of weeks to help jump on board a little quicker? Again, I haven't read this anywhere, I'm not advocating it at all, just a little curious and impatient.

I just happen to have this stuff sitting around, and if it can be put to good use...

My diet is dead on, I'm training my ass off, just being impatient.

Your thoughts gentlemen?

it has already kicked in as you have observed. You do not all of a sudden just feel pumped and stonger and add 10lbs. WOuld it help to add the sust? sure, muscle growth is directly proportionate to dose however you need to decide it fyou want your cycle to be 500mg/wk vs 750.

I would not use Sustanon, I would train harder and smarter. Is it your 1st cycle? What are your stats?

Since you are already 4 weeks in I would haold off on adding the sust. As joboldman said you are already starting to feel the effects of the test so just give it alittle more time.

It's just me being impatient...Patience is definately not one of my virtues!

I'm sure my diet has a lot to do with it as well. My goal here is to put on as much lean mass as possible, rather than completly bulk and then diet down later. I'm just a few hundred calories over BMR every day( + cals for cardio) so my weight hasn't gone up a lot, but my waist is definately getting smaller. All in all, I've lost 3 inches in my waist in the past four weeks, at the same time gaining 3 pounds...

And I'm bitching...

i hear ya bro. sometimes u just cant wait for the gains. but when you stop and look at where you are now as opposed to where you were 4 weeks ago can you really have any complaints? smaller waist PLUS a few extra pounds. not to mention probably wanting to put a hurting on any female with a pulse.

probably the absolute best and worst place for you right now. best cause you'll be able to work off some of that wood, worse cause you just may return a baby daddy!!! ......

That pretty much sounds like what TE does when it kicks in to me.

How many times can we address the same issue? I'm not flaming, but it is a physiological fact: IT TAKES LONGER THAN 4 WEEKS TO ACCUMULATE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF LBM! Any weight gain inside that time frame is water retention and glycogen loading.
